Cancellations & Deposits

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Only some appointment types require a deposit to which the amount varies. 24 HOURS notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your booking or Wicked Beauty reserve the right to fully charge for your appointment.

Training Terms and Conditions

Wicked Beauty Terms & Conditions of Enrolment.

Important: Please read before you commence your course. This will explain your rights and our cancellation/Returns Policy. Please do not ignore!

In consideration of the agreements made herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by all parties, each party shall agree as follows:

Definitions

For the purposes of these terms:

Headings; Number and Gender. The headings of sections and paragraphs are inserted for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute part of this agreement or to affect the construction thereof. The use in this agreement of singular, plural, masculine, feminine and neuter pronouns shall include the others as the context may require.

‘We’ and ‘us’ means Wicked Beauty who will provide the services to you.

‘You’ means the student receiving the services.

‘Course’ means a one day in person learning day.

‘Course Materials’ means the physical materials relating to any one course.

Responsibility for Course Materials

We affirm that the course materials will meet a satisfactory level of quality however; we do not affirm that they will be error free.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We warrant that we will carry out the service to you with a reasonable level of care and skill.

We will not at any time agree to any changes to these terms and conditions verbally. Any agreement to change the terms and conditions will only be considered valid where the same has been authorised in writing by Wicked Beauty.

Any liability under any agreement between you and us shall be limited to any sums paid by you to us.

As far as permitted by law, we shall not be liable to any person for losses or damages that were not reasonably foreseeable and that were not caused by any breach on our part.

We shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect loss or damage as a result from your course enrolment. Any liability that does arise will be limited to the course fee paid.

Waiver

None of the conditions or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to have been waived by either party, except by an instrument in writing signed by a duly authorised officer or representative of each party. The waiver by either party of any right hereunder or the failure to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this Agreement, or any rights with respect thereto, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other rights hereunder or any breach or failure of performance of the other party.

Payment

If you opted to pay a DEPOSIT at the time of booking, please note all outstanding monies due on any course must be paid to Wicked Beauty on or before your training day. CASH and CARD is accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment on any of the courses we offer.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the course materials are either owned by or licensed to us. Copying, adaptation or any other use of all or any part of it without our express permission is strictly prohibited.

Other Terms

If at our discretion we afford you any relaxation of these terms, this shall in no way affect our rights under these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall be interpreted in all respects in accordance with the law of Ireland. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ireland courts for the determination of any question or dispute arising in connection with this Agreement.

If the whole or any part of any clause(s) of this Agreement is or becomes invalid for any reason, that invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision.

You are required to notify us in writing of any changes to your email address or personal details.

Cancellation

According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of 7 days (5 working days) from purchase.

This period allows an unconditional right to cancel. You will be required to make such a request in writing to us via email to training@wickedbeauty.ie

Qualifications

We advise students to check that any qualification attached to any of courses meets their needs prior to enrolment. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they are satisfied that the course they enrol upon will be a “Recognised qualification” within the industry they intend to work. Wicked Beauty makes no warranty to the student that post completion of their chosen course that they will benefit from full accreditation to any industry recognised standard. We make no claims that your qualification will be recognised by an individual employer. We would advise you to check with any potential employer of their requirements. We further advise you to check that the course will afford you the opportunity of procuring adequate insurance to work within the industry. Wicked Beauty makes no warranty that upon completion of the course, a student will be successful in procuring adequate insurance to work within the industry.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information secure. We will not disclose your details to any person, unless you have given your consent or we are compelled to do so by law or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by any law enforcement agency or government authority. By accepting our terms and conditions, you hereby consent to our use of any images you upload on any of our brochures, literature and website.

Please note: We are unable to correspond with any third party regarding your course, course progression, certification or payments. Any information/correspondence required must be requested by the registered student or parent if student is less than 18 years of age.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wicked Beauty from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.

The failure of Wicked Beauty to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or condition.

These terms and conditions are the entire agreement between you and us and you accept that any ambiguity in the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall not be construed against Wicked Beauty.

Order Despatch

All orders are despatched Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent at 1pm on Monday, or Tuesday at 1pm if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delievery is achieved within 1-2 working days all over Ireland.

Please Note: Good Friday and Cyber Monday please allow an extra day for shipping.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flate Rate of between €5 and €7.50 unless otherwise stated. In store collection is also an option which is free of charge.

Shipping & Return Policy

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Wicked Beauty via email within 7 days (info@wickedbeauty.ie).
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.

Please use sturdy packaging when returning any. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Wicked Beauty, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.

International shipping

International Orders:
If you wish to order products to be delivered outside of the Ireland, please e mail us at info@wickedbeauty.ie with your order and we will get back to you with regards to price for shipping

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you

The customer information that we have in our database is reserved for internal use only, we do not sell this information to anybody, it is kept private. This information is needed in order to get to know you better and find ways of serving you better. You also have the right and the ability to modify this information at anytime by logging on to your account

In the case of the above, Wicked Beauty maintains a database of information which may be held and used by us for purposes such as user profiling, administration, marketing research and to inform you about our service generally. Wicked Beauty welcomes feedback on your experience with our services. We will publish both positive and negative testimonials, so long as the testimonials are accurate and constructive. Should you post a testimonial that we do not publish, our customer service department will contact you in order to improve our product quality and service.
